The Role - As an Administration Assistant at Bennett, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support
  • Performing relief reception duties
  • Managing daily mailroom operations, including opening, processing, distributing, and collecting all internal and external mail and couriers
  • Assisting with general telephone enquiries
  • Making court lodgment's and attending settlements
  • Conducting regulatory database searches and document lodgment's
  • Ordering stationery and consumables
  • Assisting with IT support
  • Supporting the legal administrative team
  • Coordinating internal/external events
  • Providing support to trial teams at Court when required
  • Undertaking additional ad-hoc tasks and project support as needed


  • Minimum Year 12 High School education


  • Prior experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Experience with large job photocopying equipment

  • Knowledge of filing systems and processes
