Candidate A – Senior Lawyer
Our candidate has extensive experience gained in the commercial property space, in addition to general corporate and commercial work. She has significant experience in dealing and negotiating with vendors, both in Australia and abroad. Our candidate seeks a senior legal practitioner role, and is available to commence a new role with 4 weeks’ notice.
Candidate B - Lawyer
Lawyer with in excess of 8 years’ PAE, seeks a role that will further broaden her existing experience. To date, our candidate has held in-house counsel roles, which have provided her with expertise in corporate law, regulatory and government affairs. She also has a strong medical background, having completed a Master of Public Health, and worked in the areas of epidemiology, vaccinology and immunology before becoming qualified to practise law. Our candidate is coming to the end of her current contract on 30 June 2020. She is keen to secure a role that will further broaden her skills and experience. Our candidate is ideally seeking a salary in excess of $110,000, plus super (negotiable).
Candidate C – Junior Lawyer
Our candidate is a junior practitioner with 8 months’ PAE. He has worked in the areas of wills & estates, trusts, contracts and property, shareholder agreements, civil litigation, some employment law and trademarks. He is happy to consider all opportunities for a lawyer with his level of expertise, and is available for an immediate start.
Candidate D – Lawyer
Our candidate is a qualified lawyer, however, her experience to date has been gained as a paralegal working predominantly in insolvency, taxation and commercial property. An excellent candidate available with 4 to 6 weeks’ notice (our candidate currently resides in London, and works for an international law firm which is headquartered in New York City). Ideally seeking a salary to match her skills and experience.
Candidate E – Junior Lawyer
Our candidate was admitted in mid-2017. He is a highly motivated individual with considerable knowledge of regulatory and corporate law, and some litigation experience. Our candidate is able to apply his initiative to work autonomously, and currently holds a role that allows him to utilise these key strengths. Whilst he is currently on a salary in the low 70s, our candidate is seeking to move into the private sector, and the role is far more important at this point in time (rather than the dollars). Well-spoken, keen, enthusiastic and motivated to broaden his skillset, our candidate is available to commence a new role with 2 weeks’ notice.
Candidate F – Lawyer
Our candidate was admitted in October 2018. He is currently working in the personal injury area, and does have some experience in the areas of wills and estates. Our candidate is keen to join a firm where he can further expand his skills and experience. He is available from 1 May 2020, and seeks a salary of $65,000, plus super.
Candidate G – Lawyer
Our candidate has 3 years’ PAE, gained in employment and workplace relations. Prior to becoming qualified, she was employed in the legal sector in a law clerk capacity, mostly in the areas of industrial relations/employment law and M&A. Our candidate is available for an almost immediate start. She is seeking a salary in the mid to high 60s, plus super.
Candidate A – Legal Secretary
Our candidate is a qualified lawyer, but despite being qualified, she is comfortable working in a support capacity, and in fact she is currently working as a legal secretary supporting four fee earners and the Managing Partner of a well-known Adelaide law firm. Her experience is varied, including exposure to family law matters, criminal, wills & estates, workplace relations, to name a few. She prides herself on her organisational skills, enthusiasm, friendly disposition, and her ability to pick up new concepts quickly. Our candidate seeks a salary in the low $60s, plus super, and is available with 2 weeks’ notice.
