Join the Legal Practice Board of Western Australia's Stephen Ramsay as he guides us through the Commercial Imperative of having a Trust Account.

Stephen is presently addressing a trust fraud issue and is eager to ensure that everyone understands how trust accounting rules can prevent fraud and secure the commercial viability of a law practice.
By attending this seminar, you will walk away with the knowledge of why;

  • trust requirements make commercial sense,
  • cost disclosure is so important,
  • the rules around trust are a key internal financial control.

Light lunch provided, we look forward to seeing you there!
