Cicero is a matter analysis platform built for litigation and disputes. It reads the pleadings first, turning the allegations, denials and issues into a structured model of the case, then analyses the evidence against it.
The output is the working anatomy of the matter: chronology, pleadings matrix, evidence matrix and dramatis personae, all of which are used by our agent to orient itself as context before answering user queries.
Four things we do better than generalist AIs:

Volume. Cicero analyses hundreds of thousands of documents as a connected evidence graph, rather than interrogating a subset someone has already decided is relevant

Determinism. Ask the same question and get the same answer, with the same supporting evidence. The output is designed to be something a lawyer can actually stand behind.

Recall. Cicero is engineered to show you all possible results retrieved as well as the ones used, minimising false negatives. In litigation, missing the document that matters is a much worse failure than surfacing one that doesn’t.

Case reasoning. Cicero reads the record the way a litigator does: who said what, when, where, to whom, and why it matters to the issues in dispute.
