She draws on her 20+ years of experience in the recruitment industry as a Recruiter, HR Consultant, Business Unit Manager, and Regional Manager. She has worked extensively with companies to attract talent and with individuals in their job search. She managed a Law division for five years, providing access to lawyers from Associate to Partner level, to firms across Australia. She holds a Master’s of HR and Coaching and a Bachelor of Psychology.
