A well connected and highly respected Gold Coast professional, Nicole is Bell Legal Group’s General Manager.
Nicole is a Gold Coast local having grown up here before moving to the United Kingdom to live for a number of years.
She returned to Bell Legal Group in 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance through Griffith University in 2002.
Nicole has a passion for people and culture and loves the interaction between lawyers and clients to achieve best possible outcomes.
Outside of the professional arena, Nicole and her husband Grant have run successful building projects since their return to the Gold Coast in 1994 and are now raising their three children here on the Coast.

Cathy Reynolds

Cathy is the Chief Operations Officer of Australian national law firm, McInnes Wilson, where she brings together people, leadership, analytics, and legal operations to drive growth and resilience. With a career spanning over 20 years in legal management roles working across finance, business operations, people, and strategy, Cathy is committed to creating workplaces where everyone is supported to thrive.
She has led major initiatives in cultural and operational transformation, always with a focus on supporting people through change. Cathy is particularly interested in the intersection of leadership and data and using the power of technology to unlock insights, foster collaboration, and enable high-performing teams. Cathy encourages creativity, input and big picture thinking at all levels.
Known for her thoughtful and authentic approach, Cathy brings both a strategic and human lens to the challenges of leadership in modern organisations.

Robyna May
Chief Information Officer at McInnes Wilson Lawyers
Robyna May is the Chief Information Officer at McInnes Wilson Lawyers. With a background spanning both law and technology, she brings strategic insight into how legal organisations can adopt and implement emerging technologies such as AI. Robyna focuses on data, design, people-centred change, and embedding innovation across legal operations. She has held leadership roles in IT, knowledge management, project delivery, and digital strategy. Robyna is currently leading her firm’s AI, digital transformation, and ISO 27001 certification programs with a strong emphasis on practical implementation, cultural alignment, and long-term value creation to ensure innovation is meaningful, sustainable, and human-centred.

Devika Kumar
General Manager at Denham Bramwell Lawyers
Devika has extensive leadership experience in law firms, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge to her role as General Manager. In 2025 Devika was recognised by NZ Lawyer and Australasian Lawyer as a Law Firm Leader of the Year.
Devika has a broad skillset with expertise in people and culture, finance, strategic planning, business development, information technology and project management. Devika works closely with the Partners on strategic matters and oversees the general business for Denham Bramwell. She is passionate about the evolving legal landscape and thrives on leading and managing change.
Outside of work, Devika loves travel and culture especially to the developing countries. Hiking is Devika’s passion, and she has completed several NZ Great Walks and some overseas. Family, and making meaningful contributions to the community is close to Devika’s heart.
