Presented by

Richard Greenaway
CEO at Anderson Lloyd

Richard is an experienced senior executive, with extensive expertise across the professional and financial services industries, both within New Zealand and Australia. He joined Anderson Lloyd as Chief Executive in 2012, while his experience in financial services includes senior positions within retail banking, business banking, property finance and human resources.

Richard strongly believes in building a sustainable business and achieving excellent results through maintaining a long-term strategic focus and emphasis on the balance between clients, staff, community and the shareholder.

He has a passion for delivering excellent client service, and for ensuring a business’s focus remains on adding value to its client base and finding, for itself, a unique position in the market.

Richard was named Managing Partner of the Year (≤ 100 lawyers) at the 2018 NZ Law Awards and named Managing Partner of the Year (>100 lawyers) at the 2021 NZ Law Awards.

Kirsten Dawson
Legal Operations at Govett Quilliam The Lawyers

Kirsten joined the Govett Quilliam team in 2017, having relocated from the UK with her then young family and Taranaki-born husband.  With a law degree under her belt and over 8 years working at GQ in legal support, HR, project roles and most recently Legal Operations, Kirsten has an in-depth understanding of the workings and needs of our firm, our team and our clients. The focus of this role is to connect best practice, process, people and technology to facilitate more effective and future-focused work practices. Kirsten is laser focused on identifying pain points, possible solutions and training to enable us all to operate as effectively as we can and ultimately provide an outstanding service to our clients. But, in addition to supporting and training our team, Kirsten manages our recruitment processes and is always interested in hearing from talented people looking to become part of the GQ experience.

Recently, Kirsten has joined the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) New Zealand Branch Committee and is on the Board at Devon Intermediate School.
