The ALPMA Awards is seeking submissions from firms who have made significant change or innovation in the business of law.
Tell the story of how your firm’s initiative was undertaken and the impact it’s had, addressing these points:
- The challenge and your goals: Outline the challenge, opportunity or task you were responding to, why it mattered and the specific goals and outcomes you set at the outset.
- Planning and engagement: Explain how you scoped the initiative and engaged the people needed – leadership, staff, clients, partners – to bring it to life across the firm
- Execution: Describe the strategy, key decisions and discipline that guided delivery, including how you adjusted when things didn’t go to plan.
- Results, impact and what sets this apart: Demonstrate what changed against the goals you set, supported by both quantitative and qualitative evidence. Tell us what makes this initiative exceptional, and what other firms can learn from your experience.
