  • Leadership and Vision – How has the individual shaped or delivered on their firm's strategy, and what leadership qualities do they exhibit that set them apart.
  • Inspiration and engagement – How does the individual inspire and empower others within their firm, embrace and support the firm values and display leadership qualities
  • Commitment and delivery – How does the individual demonstrate commitment to their firm and their people; how does the leader demonstrate they 'walk the walk' with the firm's values and deliver on goals
  • Going above and beyond – what does the leader do that shows they go above and beyond what is expected from someone in their role
  • Communication and collaboration – how does the individual demonstrate a high level of communication and enable collaboration

Each category is to recognise an outstanding leader who has made a real difference, in a strategic sense, to their workplace in terms of impact and effectiveness, and is seen as a leader among their peers.
