Every year ALPMA conducts a Salary and HR Issues Survey of Australian law firms. This year, 295 law firms (representing 10,153 staff) participated in our Australian survey, making it the most comprehensive, independent HR and remuneration study across all roles (including actual salaries paid) within the Australian legal industry. The report on the 2021 survey was released in early March to assist firms with their annual staff reviews.

Jason Elias, Managing Director at Elias Recruitment and sponsor of the 2021 survey with Jenine Waters, National Head of People Advisory BDO Australia discuss the key findings of the survey and provide an insightful overview of the current National and State recruitment market.
