James’ practice principally relates to corporate and commercial work: chiefly shareholders and directors disputes.

James is known by some for using the internet to build his practice via the video project “Coffee and a Case Note”. There, James summarises a recent piece of corporate and commercial litigation over a cup of coffee in a way that is both rigorous and approachable.
