Shirley has a strong reputation for her ability in assisting businesses to embrace and successfully implement change programs. Her passion and skill for communicating effectively and understanding operations at all levels of the corporation and customer base sees her consistently deliver on strategic and operational change projects.

Shirley has experience in the areas of professional services, financial services, tourism and not for profit sectors including over twenty years experience as a member of executive and senior management teams. She has led teams in the strategic design and implementation of change programs around people, systems, processes and customers.

Shirley’s understanding of processes and practices across all levels of business and her ability to identify and implement change, process improvement and risk frameworks saw her develop a reputation for delivering value.

She has consulted on the implementation of structural change programs, the implementation of new systems, process improvement, risk management, policy development, partner transition and built client profitability models.

Shirley holds a Bachelor of Business from RMIT and a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Outside of work hours, Shirley was a member of the Mother’s Day Classic Committee (walk/run to raise funds for Breast Cancer research) for 15 years including 10 years as chair of the Melbourne Committee. She is also an Indigenous Community Volunteer with Community First Development and has delivered a range of Community led projects in Victoria, NSW, WA and NT. She was previously a Director of the Ivanhoe and Diamond Valley Centre, a service provider for adults with intellectual disability and was Past President of the Australian Legal Practice Management Association, a past Director of Quality in Law and has considerable experience as a committee member and deputy chair with the Quality Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria.
