Richard is Chief Executive of Anderson Lloyd and an experienced senior executive with extensive expertise across the professional and financial services sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Prior to joining Anderson Lloyd in 2012, he held senior leadership roles across retail banking, business banking, property finance and human resources.
Richard is passionate about sustainable business growth, exceptional client service and building high-performing organisations with a strong long-term strategic focus.
He has received multiple industry accolades, including Managing Partner of the Year at the NZ Law Awards in 2018, 2021 and 2022, and Law Firm Leader of the Year in 2024. Richard has also been actively involved with ALPMA New Zealand for the past four years and currently serves as Chair of the New Zealand Branch Committee.
