Following completion of her Bachelor of Psychological Science Olivia has worked as a HR Associate in a national professional services environment.  In this generalist role Olivia has demonstrated the ability to quickly build relationships with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure the value and implementation of HR initiatives are positively positioned and aligned to firm strategy.

 Olivia is responsible for managing the end-to-end recrement processes of entry level to senior career professionals with a focus on candidate care and commercial outcomes. In addition, Olivia is able to demonstrate contemporary understanding of the design and delivery of learning and development initiatives. A tech savvy and data led innovative emerging HR professional Olivia has added value through the alignment of strategy, client experience and employee experience.
