Kirsten Dawson

Kirsten is Legal Operations Manager at Govett Quilliam Lawyers (GQ) in Taranaki, where she brings over nine years of experience across legal support, HR and project roles. In her current position, she focuses on connecting people, process, technology and best practice to drive more effective and future-focused ways of working. Kirsten is passionate about identifying pain points, implementing practical solutions and building capability through training to enhance performance and client service. She joined ALPMA’s NZ Branch Committee in September 2025.
