Kirsten Dawson

Kirsten is the Legal Operations Manager at Govett Quilliam Lawyers (GQ) based in Taranaki. She has been at GQ for over 9 years and has worked in a range of roles including legal support, HR, project roles and, most recently, Legal Operations. The focus of her current role is to connect best practice, process, people and technology to facilitate more effective and future-focused work practices. Kirsten is laser focused on identifying pain points, possible solutions and training to enable us all to operate as effectively as we can and ultimately provide an outstanding service to clients. Kirsten joined ALPMA’s NZ Branch Committee in September 2025.
