Gemma is Head of Strategic People Development at Tavendale + Partners, where she leads the firm’s people development programme and supports career growth across the team. A former lawyer and previous CEO of Tavendale + Partners, Gemma brings a strong understanding of both legal practice and law firm leadership. She is passionate about culture, talent development and mentoring young professionals. Gemma received ALPMA’s Future Leader Award in 2022 and is a member of the ALPMA Central Board.
