Job Description

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time HR / Office Manager to join our busy team based in Perth. Providing HR and managerial support to all staff at all levels, this role will be responsible for:

  • HR duties
  • People and culture of the firm
  • Develop HR policies
  • Manage professional staff
  • Manage secretarial staff and resources
  • Performance reviews
  • Manage admin staff and resources
  • General administrative duties

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

  • A minimum 2-5 years HR experience, ideally within the legal industry;
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels;
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks;
  • A willingness to contribute to team initiatives and tasks.
