We are looking for a strategic, commercially astute Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operational engine of our firm and help shape its future.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading firm-wide operations – Finance, People and Culture, IT, compliance, marketing and brand, facilities and operations, risk and insurance and more.

Driving strategic initiatives – Partnering with the Managing Partner to deliver on firm strategy and performance.

Championing our culture – Fostering a collaborative, values-led workplace where people thrive.

Strategic Leadership – Develop and drive firm-wide initiatives, partner performance, and continuous improvement.
