What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a territory plan to drive new business with small law firms across Australia.
- Build a consistent pipeline through prospecting, outreach, social selling, and leveraging partner networks.
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and present tailored technology solutions.
- Deliver persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and channel partners to ensure clients have a seamless experience.
- Accurately maintain sales data, forecasts, and account activity in CRM tools.
About You
- 2–3 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within legal tech, professional services, or SaaS.
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales style and strong client empathy.
- Proven ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, and close deals.
- Organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in the legal industry.
- Comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency is required.
