We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to bring expertise and individuality to this opening. Focused primarily on the Australian mid-law sector, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills and professional network within the evolving legal technology landscape.
A strong sales work ethic is essential, with the ability to consistently build and close pipeline opportunities through direct prospecting and partner referrals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a defined sales territory, targeting mid-sized law firms across Australia.
- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting, qualification, and demonstrations through to negotiation and close.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, IT stakeholders, and firm leadership teams.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align solutions to business outcomes.
- Drive business development efforts through cold calling, social selling, referrals, and channel collaboration.
- Maintain pipeline discipline and accurate forecasting using CRM systems.
- Work closely with marketing, partner, and customer success teams to ensure long-term client success and retention.
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales-specific role within the legal, professional services, or SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to manage territory-based sales and navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes.
- Strong consultative selling background with excellent business development and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated success driving new business through outbound activity and partner networks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills with a professional and engaging style.
- Highly organised, forward-thinking, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency required.
