She has over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies, leading professional service firms, entrepreneurs, business owners and career-minded individuals to maximise their performance and accelerate success.
Shona’s unique approach draws on extensive training and qualifications in Psychology, Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Coaching and Training, combined with her wealth of international experience as a keynote speaker and high-performance coach, to design and deliver programs that get results.
Shona has worked in Australia, Asia, America, Europe, the UAE and the UK where she was previously based in London for over a decade. She is now based in Australia and works both locally and internationally.
