Our Small Firms Management Group, creates a safe environment for likeminded managers to seek support, share ideas and discuss emerging trends. Being a practice manager of a small firm can be a juggle, and sometimes a struggle, so whatever you are currently working through, you are guaranteed to walk away with a wealth of knowledge and a close support network. Difficult issues are often solved around the table, so let's discuss best practice strategies together. Bring along your tricky questions and use the power of peers to find solutions. A problem shared is a problem halved.

Melanie Martin
Head of Transactional Banking, Business Banking at Macquarie Bank

I’ve been working in finance for over 20 years, having built experience across a number of roles with Macquarie’s Business Banking team. In my time here I’ve been responsible for providing Business Development across our industry segments in deposits, payments and integrated solutions as well as leading the Transactional Banking team. The heart of our role is to enable our clients to manage funds in a streamlined and tailored way, increase transactional efficiencies and provide capital for sustainable growth. Our team is motivated to go above and beyond for our customers, engaging in thoughtful discussion with every client to share insights, industry-specific data, and work alongside them to better the communities they live in.
