Each year, ALPMA conducts its highly regarded Salary & HR Issues Survey, capturing real, on‑the‑ground insights from Australian law firms. In 2026, 361 law offices across Australia — representing almost 10,500 people — shared their employment and staffing experiences as at 1 January 2026. The result is the most comprehensive, independent HR and remuneration benchmark for the legal profession.

Join fellow ALPMA members in Adelaide over lunch for an exclusive deep dive into the key findings of the 2026 survey. Our expert panel will unpack the data and bring it to life with practical insights into the national and South Australian recruitment landscape.

Through an interactive roundtable discussion, we’ll explore the HR, remuneration and talent challenges uniquely impacting Adelaide firms, and share strategies you can take back to your practice.

Expect timely insights, candid discussion and valuable peer connection — all in one informative lunchtime session.
