Kathryn Jackson is an internationally respected leadership coach, facilitator, and author, known for her practical and deeply human approach to building confidence, resilience, and wellbeing at work. With over 20 years of experience working with some of New Zealand’s best-known brands — and a career that began in the UK as an HR Business Partner — Kathryn brings both depth and relatability to everything she does.
She’s the creator of The Great Recharge — an award-winning programme designed to help people thrive under pressure — and has written three globally successful books, including Resilience at Work: Practical Tools for Career Success and Essential Questions to GROW Your team. Her work spans one-to-one coaching, growing People Team capability, and influencing culture change – always with a focus on creating workplaces where people and performance can flourish. Kathryn is committed to continuously building her team of facilitators, to ensure the longevity and impact of her work thanks to their shared expertise, and passion for empowering people to thrive.

Sharon Kilmartin is a passionate and highly skilled facilitator who joined The Great Recharge team in 2021. She has delivered programmes with clients across corporate and not-for-profit sectors in Australia — and is now leading our specialised focus on supporting the legal profession. Her work is grounded in a strong commitment to helping legal professionals thrive in high-pressure environments, without compromising on well-being or purpose.
Sharon thrives on building supportive learning environments and creating space for positive cultural shifts. Bringing The Great Recharge to Australia was a natural decision — and her facilitation consistently receives glowing feedback for her professionalism, deep care, and practical approach.

With a background in corporate learning, coaching, and consulting, Sharon designs and delivers meaningful, evidence-based learning experiences. She holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma of Frontline Management, is a certified Coach, an accredited Strengths Profile practitioner, and is Mental Health First Aid trained.
