Compulsory Cyber
Anyone familiar with insurance companies know that they like to get their umbrellas back when it rains.
In cyber-world (if nowhere else) it is raining hard, and all law firms need to ensure that they understand measures needed to maintain full cover. In addition, other stakeholders impose sanctions if basic requirements are not met. Join David Bowles from the QLS Ethics Centre for an overview of the various requirements from organisations like Chubb, Lexon, ARNECC, Pexa, Sympli and the PCI-DSS.
