She draws on her 20+ years of experience in the recruitment industry coaching individuals seeking a career change, job change and professional development. Michelle started her career as a recruiter. She had defined leadership aspiration and went on to build, lead and coach high performance sales and business development teams. She prides herself on the long tenure and high retention of her team members and attributes this to her focus on employee experience encouraging individuals to engage, grow, seek challenge and feel valued.
Michelle’s experience also includes extensive corporate training including working at a law firm developing and delivering programs to major clients in the manufacturing, mining and commercial sectors.

Laura is a co-founder of Empowered Decision – an organisation created to provide career coaching to professionals, recruitment training to agencies, and consulting to corporates in the areas of leadership, values, and attraction and retention.
She draws on her 20+ years of experience in the recruitment industry as a Recruiter, HR Consultant, Business Unit Manager, and Regional Manager. She has worked extensively with companies to attract talent and with individuals in their job search. She managed a Law division for five years, providing access to lawyers from Associate to Partner level, to firms across Australia. She holds a Master’s of HR and Coaching and a Bachelor of Psychology.
