Lesley is ALPMA’s Customer Experience Specialist, with a passion for making digital systems simple, accessible and effective. Drawing on her background in web production, user experience, and digital marketing, she supports members and staff in navigating ALPMA’s platforms – from the website and member portal to event tools and comms systems. Lesley’s practical approach and deep understanding of digital tools make her a go-to resource for training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Dayna Roberts
Chief Operating Officer at Commercial & Legal
Dayna is an experienced operations professional with a track record of business growth and high performance. With a background across a broad range of industry sectors including mining, health, tertiary and professional services she has a strong track record in leading business transformation and growth.
Dayna prides herself on her multi-disciplinary expertise having led teams and worked across all areas of business operations including HR, Finance, ITC, Risk, Quality, Special Projects and Marketing. Within these areas she has led projects such as; Integrated Marketing Planning, Risk Management and Mitigation, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, ITC Transformation, ISO accreditation, Training, Premises upgrades and relocations, and new product/service delivery.
She is well regarded for her strategic mindset and further, her ability to operationalise strategy into day-to-day best practice.
Dayna sits on the Australasian Practice Management Association (ALPMA) National Board and is Chair of the South Australian Branch.
