The next in our Summit Encore Series is the popular session from Adair Donaldson, Career Killers: The Price of Misconduct. In this session Adair will delve into the topical issues relating to the festive season, end of year period and our responsibilities as leaders in law Firms to be educating our staff to minimise risk.

Session Summary:

Senior leaders in law firms don’t consider the consequences of breaches of codes of conduct, bullying, casual racism, sexual harassment, and domestic violence can have on their businesses. It does not rate highly on their agenda and they delegate it to someone else to manage. They cross their fingers and hope for the best, risking financial and productivity losses along with a decline in staff morale and workplace culture.   In this session you will gain an insight and a reminder into the impacts of workplace misconduct and what you can do as business managers to proactively address these issues, not only to ensure you are complying with the law, but what we all can do as a business community to create lasting cultural change. The session will be engaging, thought provoking and entertaining. It is a chance for attendees to take time to reflect and learn from others’ experiences through the power of storytelling.
