This is a workshop series that explores what it takes to strengthen critical adaptive capabilities, while also helping you to identify and improve unhealthy workplace practices that might be holding your team back.

ALPMA Lead the Charge award winning workshops, goes beyond the usual “self-care” advice. Instead, we equip leaders with practical, research-informed resources that work in the real world - helping you to sharpen focus, manage stress, and create an environment where people enjoy more (mostly) good days.

Organisation performance isn’t just maintained by learning this topic; it’s elevated.

Prerequisite Learning: Complete a Quick Charge workshop first to gain foundational knowledge.
