David leads a team of security experts responsible for managing and mitigating client security risks while nurturing a new generation of specialists.
With over two decades of experience across government and commercial sectors, David excels in Governance, IT operations, risk management, and cybersecurity consulting. He serves as a cybersecurity advisor to various government agencies and providers, leveraging his Master of Business Administration and Diploma of Security Risk Management.
David holds certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and is endorsed as an IRAP Assessor through the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD).
His previous roles include Principal Security Consultant at Saltbush, Director of Dalmatian Group (later part of CSC/DXC), Lead Security Consultant for IBM’s Federal Cluster, and Director of IT Security at the Australian Government Department of Education, Science, and Training.
