The pandemic and the subsequent events that followed across the globe have impacted organisations in ways we could not have foreseen. It has influenced every aspect of our professional lives from how we lead, communicate and care for our people to how we budget, plan and strategise for the future; we anticipate much will change as a result of what we learn.

We have brought together a panel of experts from different aspects of the legal community. Our panellists share their experiences about how their organisations changed direction faster than ever to meet changing needs and their insights and observations about how we have and should lead our organisations into the future.
