Our Crisis Management Team (CMT) has been developed to support our members, partners and our team throughout this period of uncertainty (COVID). This committee will meet weekly with the CEO to ensure ALPMAs business risks are minimised and that we pivot successfully into a purely online world. The CMT will ensure we keep our members and their challenges front of mind in order to support during the months ahead.
