Lesley is ALPMA’s Customer Experience Specialist, with a passion for making digital systems simple, accessible and effective. Drawing on her background in web production, user experience, and digital marketing, she supports members and staff in navigating ALPMA’s platforms – from the website and member portal to event tools and comms systems. Lesley’s practical approach and deep understanding of digital tools make her a go-to resource for training, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Practice Manager at Forte Family Lawyers
Ben is a volunteer on our Membership Development Committee and the Victorian Branch Committee and is an ALPMA Member. The Membership Development Committee’s main role is to help ALPMA deliver on our promise to members by evaluating, enhancing and improving the overall member experience and value offered to members.
