Who should complete this survey?
This survey is open to all law firms or legal departments in Australia and New Zealand.
The survey should be completed by staff who have appropriate knowledge about the following firm matters:
- the firm’s work-life balance and return to work policies;
- the firm’s mental health support and provisions; and
- current and developing firm strategies.
It is therefore suggested that this survey be conducted by—or in consultation with—Practice Managers, C-Suite Executives, Managing Partners, or Technology / Operations Managers or similar.
This survey will take approximately 15 minutes. Conducted by research firm Agile Market Intelligence, all data entered will be kept confidential and the final report will not identify individual firms or responses in any way.
