Embarking on a law firm brand refresh and associated new website project takes careful planning, strategic thinking, good communication and an in depth understanding of your market position to optimise how these assets will assist you to attract and retain clients, referrers and staff.

In this session, Katherine Gilbey, will provide practical insights on how to assess, plan and execute brand and website projects relevant to your firm’s needs.

Drawing on her experience project managing multiple website projects, Katherine will share her experiences around:

  • common triggers that lead firms to consider a brand or website refresh;
  • how to determine whether a brand refresh, rebrand or simple website platform upgrade is the right solution;
  • strategies for securing partner and stakeholder buy-in;
  • project stages – including pre, during and post project deliverables;
  • when to engage external suppliers such as designers, developers and copywriters — and what can be managed in-house; and
  • the often-overlooked tasks and opportunities that accompany these projects.

This session will help practice managers and firm leaders better understand the process, opportunities and practical considerations involved in brand and website projects – and help to ensure your project is a success.
