Our client is a well-established provider of nearshore software development services, delivering secure and scalable solutions to organisations across the Asia-Pacific. With a strong track record of supporting digital transformation, they’re now expanding their footprint in Australia.
We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in this market. The role suits a driven sales professional with proven experience in consultative B2B selling, ideally within IT services, outsourcing, or software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and client acquisition in Australia.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and social selling.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and position tailored solutions.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate agreements, and close deals.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure smooth delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Skills & Experience
- Proven track record in consultative B2B sales (IT services, outsourcing, or software development preferred).
- Strong business development, prospecting, and pipeline management skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential.
