About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager to join a growing SaaS business supporting clients in the legal and professional services sector.

You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, drive adoption of our technology, and uncover new opportunities for growth. A key part of this role is re-engaging dormant accounts — helping clients rediscover value and boosting retention.

You’ll join a supportive, high-performing team that values collaboration, curiosity, and celebrating wins together.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships across existing customer accounts
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Reconnect with inactive clients through structured win-back campaigns
  • Achieve revenue and activity targets with a consultative approach
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and client data in Salesforce
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or account management
  • Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Background in legal, accounting, fintech, or professional services is a plus
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident using Salesforce and MS Office
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and commercially minded
