We’re looking for a Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team! This is a key role where you'll be supporting day-to-day operations in our planning and environment boutique practice in the Perth CBD.

- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role

Position
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
McLeod Fisher & Hamdorf are looking for a full-time office administrator to take on the multifaceted position in our busy planning and environment boutique practice in the Perth CBD for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities include:

HR and Management:
- maintain office policies and procedures
- generate financial reports for directors
- manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- plan and schedule meetings as required
- manage and maintain employee leave entitlements
- manage and maintain firm insurance policies
- prepare and assist in training new employees
- update firm website and social media accounts
- organise business travel
- organise and coordinate events including venue hire, catering and RSVP’s
- maintain staff memberships, subscriptions, renewals and payments

Learning and Development:
- manage up to date practicing certificates for practitioners
- register practitioners for CPD events and maintaining up to date records of CPD requirements
- maintain firm CPD accreditation and upload practitioner CPD points to the Legal Practice Board LMS

Secretarial/Administrative:
- answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- create and maintain electronic client files
- data entry and file management
- extensive email and diary management
- reception duties including greeting clients
- prepare agendas and taking minutes
- lodge court documents using the eCourts portal

Accounts:
- accounts payable and receivable
- monthly invoicing
- assist in payroll, BAS and IAS payments
