I am a highly motivated ‘People Professional’ with a passion for working with businesses to enable leaders and their teams build confidence, enjoy career success, and deeply understand resilience and wellbeing at work.

I’ve published three globally successful books, designed an award-winning🏆resilience programme (The Great Recharge), and worked with some of New Zealand’s best-known brands.

With early experience as an HR Business Partner in the UK corporate environment (specialising in engagement and motivation) and over 15yrs as a self-employed leadership coach and facilitator, I am uniquely placed to work within your business.

My qualifications and experience ensure that I can confidently deliver at all levels, ranging from the discretion required to coach or support your senior partners and directors, through to being able to genuinely connect with your newest or most junior staff.

I’ve spoken at international conferences, delivered informal learning events and supervised HR Business Partners and internal coaches.

My work is global (mostly on longer-term engagements) and I deliver coaching programmes and training events which explore;
✔ The relationship between wellbeing and resilience
✔ How to develop intrinsic motivation at work
✔ Ways to build trusting relationships across teams and leaders
✔ The impact of leaders who coach

My contribution to building better workplaces includes:
✦ Resilience at Work: Practical Tools for Career Success (the book)
✦ Essential Questions to GROW Your Team (the book)
✦ The Great Recharge! ©: includes a short Quick Charge session, The six foundational workshops and Lead The Charge (interactive workshops)
✦ GROW Your Team – the Career Edition, Feedback Edition and Pure Coaching Edition. (interactive workshops)
✦ The Crafted Career Programme (online learning programme)
✦ The NOTCH Stronger Life bracelet collection (my Wildcard!!)

In my spare time, I love to write and have been invited to publish work for a variety of places including the HR Institute of New Zealand, Routledge, Penguin Random House, Coaching at Work Magazine and The NZ Press.

To recharge, you will find me in the saddle of my beloved horses, walking in forests or enjoying life in rural New Zealand with my two favourite boys (my husband and mister 11).
