Our annual flagship conference brings together law firm leaders and managers from across Australia and New Zealand for three days focused on the essential capabilities that create successful, sustainable legal practices.

Our 2026 keynotes included legal sector analyst Jordan Furlong, Olympian and obstetrics registrar Jana Pittman, “Plumber of the Mind” Jason Clarke, best selling author Donna McGeorge and clinical psychologist Jacqui Maguire. 

They featured alongside a packed 3-day program of legal industry experts, helping delegates accelerate into the future by reclaiming the timeless fundamentals: strategic business thinking, trusted client relationships, effective people management, ethical leadership and the irreplaceable power of human judgment.

This year, the ALPMA Summit + ALTACON also welcomed a significant delegation of members through our supporting partner Law Alliance NZ. We were thrilled to welcome our LANZ guests along with our other local, interstate and international delegates to what was a fantastic event.
