Sam is a senior associate in the Employment Team at Hesketh Henry.

Sam was admitted as a solicitor and barrister of the High Court of New Zealand in 2006, and has previously practised as a health and safety prosecutor, a criminal defence lawyer, and as a general civil litigator.

Sam advises employers and employees on a range of employment issues including health and safety compliance, restructuring processes, restraint of trade and confidentiality issues and employment compliance issues.  He represents employer, union and employee clients at mediation, the Authority and in the Employment Court. He is recommended for labour and employment law in the 2019 Legal 500 directory.
