
Legal Process, Pricing and Planning Workshop - Sydney
Following on from the 2019 ALPMA Summit we will be hosting a specific legal process, pricing and planning workshop on Monday, 14 October in Sydney. With workshops delivered by Therese Linton (Author of Legal Project Management) and a panel session from serveral law firms specialists we will explore what is required to deliver legal projects by engaging with people, process and legal pricing.
This event will be free for all attendees but there are limited spots available. Attendees are encouraged to register as soon as possible to ensure they secure a seat - this free event will fill fast.

Therese Linton is a highly competent transformation professional with over 25 years’ experience in strategy development, change management and program delivery in the IT, Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, Manufacturing and Legal sectors.
Therese is a global leader in Legal Project Management and Legal Process Improvement. Since 2013 she has worked with thousands of lawyers in external law firms and in-house legal teams to introduce innovative new ways of working to better meet client expectations in terms of transparent and reliable delivery of legal outcomes. This work has expanded to include related disciplines such as Legal Portfolio Management, Legal Procurement, Legal Leadership, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Relationship Management and Personal Productivity.
Therese has practical and academic credentials that uniquely position her in the legal project management market, with 7 years’ experience as a Lecturer and Unit of Study Coordinator for Sydney University’s prestigious Masters of Project Management and 3 years’ lecturing for the College of Law’s Masters of In-house Practice in multi-disciplinary project management. She regularly presents at major conferences and conducts continuing professional development workshops for various Law Societies and Learning & Development functions.
Qualifications and certifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (Information Technology) with Merit, UNSW; Executive Masters Programme (Delivering Information Technology), Harvard Business School; Advanced Diploma of Project Management; Cert IV Training and Assessment; Six Sigma Black Belt; Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) AIPM, NLP Practitioner, NLP Coach, Time Line Therapy® Practitioner.
