Cancellation Policy (not applicable to sponsorship arrangements)
Cancellations must be made in writing to the National or State Secretariat. A full refund, less an administrative fee of $100 for the Legal Management Summit or 50% of the registration fee for all other events, will be made if received in writing by the Secretariat 2 weeks prior to the event. A forfeit of full registration fees applies with less than two weeks notice of registration cancellation to the said event. Registration can be transferred, provided any additional charges are paid at the time of transfer, i.e. member transferring to non-member. All charges are to be advised in writing to the National or State Secretariat. Any refund will be made after the event.
The Australian Legal Practice Management Association accepts no responsibility for any charges incurred by cancellation of hotel accommodation or fees, charges, fines and any insurances, loss or damage sustained by delegates in connection with the event. All fees and rates quoted are to be paid in Australian dollars and include GST.
