On 25 November 2008 Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard presented the Fair Work Bill 2008 to federal parliament. This presentation looks closely at the ALP's workplace relations policy as contained in the Bill as well as the earlier transitional amendments contained in the Forward with Fairness Act (March 2008) - focusing on the implications for business.
