Supervisors and managers model the culture of their organisations.  As leaders, they have immense influence and responsibility to create a mentally healthy workplace for their workers.

In this session, you will learn about the current state of wellbeing in the legal profession, and identify why the profession is particularly susceptible to mental health issues.  You will learn tools to develop a workplace framework to create a mentally healthy team and be equipped with the skillset to proactively support and assist it.
