Join us for a WA focussed discussion on the current state of social flux which creates a window of opportunity to implement changes to improve diversity and inclusion in our firms.

In this session our expert panel will introduce why it is timely to discuss diversity and inclusion in the work place:
  • talent shortages created by employees re-evaluating their work-life priorities ( “The Great Resignation”)
  • shifting social sentiment around diversity and inclusion, increased expectations to be pro-active
  • hybrid and remote working has increased accessibility
  • opportunity to create more people centric environments where people feel connected and valued.
