HR Workshop

Everyone is saying it is now business as usual, but we all know that the effect of the pandemic on staff is more than business as usual.

This day will provide out of the box strategies to help you successfully support your staff. Our key note speakers will be covering topics such as:

  • Managing employees, and their colleagues, who are experiencing serious illness in their lives
  • How to support your team when they are faced with vicarious trauma through their work

It is also a great opportunity to hear the latest trends, ask our panel the tricky questions and network with like-minded legal professionals.

We have a great range of speakers, facilitated by Leonie Green.
