  • The most prevalent mental health conditions in the legal profession
  • How to recognise early warning and masked signs when someone is not travelling so well
  • Understanding your legal obligations with respect to mental health in the workplace
  • How to have an R U OK? conversation with someone you suspect may not be travelling so well
  • Understanding referral options for self and others
  • Strategies for maintaining your own wellbeing to keep on track, in times of increased pressure, fatigue and stress
