Course Abstract
This session will provide a profile where participants will be able to review their own style and reflect on whether or not their typical approach is more habitual or strategic.

There has been a significant decline in the community in trust in leaders and in corporations and institutions. People are seeking leaders who are genuine in what they say and sincere in their beliefs. They are seeking leaders who are driven more by purpose and less by ego. Dealing with conflict and difference is an important challenge forĀ  leaders and a key opportunity where a greater leadership reputation can be established. This session will provide a profile where participants will be able to review their own style and reflect on whether or not their typical approach is more habitual or strategic. There will be time for discussion and consideration of how our thinking about leadership and conflict has shifted over the past decade and is having an impact on how we think about building trust in our relationships today.
